What we do
Our Services
HOMECARE
TLC provide personal care in the comfort and familiar surroundings of your own home, including help getting up, washed and dressed, help to have a bath or shower, meal preparation, assisting with eating and drinking and assistance with medication.
PRIVATE CARE
TLC offers respite support for family members, allowing them to complete essential tasks outwith the home. Our services include: respite support for family members; housework; making beds; laundry and ironing; support with appointments, doctors, dentist, hospital, bank etc; meal preparation and assisting with eating and drinking.
SELF DIRECTED SUPPORT
Self-Directed Support allows people, their carers and their families to make informed choices on what their support looks like and how it is delivered, making it possible to meet agreed personal outcomes. TLC offers Self-Directed Support packages that can be tailored to suit individual care requirements.

MANAGING DIRECTOR
JOANNE BROWN
Having started the business in June 2019, owner and Managing Director Joanne Brown brings a wealth of experience to the care sector. Joanne has over 15 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in the care industry and has worked extensively in South and North Ayrshire, fostering healthy working relationships with both of these local authorities. Joanne has SVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care and an SVQ in Leadership and Management. She is also a qualified Moving and Handling Trainer.
